Best headphones I've ever owned!

Great sound, minor comfort issues
The sound quality of these headphones is exceptional. Clear highs, detailed mids, and punchy bass that doesn't overpower. The ANC works very well in most environments. My only complaint is that after about 3 hours, I start to feel some discomfort around my ears. I have a slightly larger head, so this might not be an issue for everyone. The app connectivity and features are excellent, and the battery life is impressive. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
Good, but connectivity issues
The sound quality and comfort are excellent, but I've been experiencing intermittent Bluetooth connectivity issues. The headphones randomly disconnect from my phone about once every hour or so, which is frustrating during work calls. The battery life is as advertised, and the noise cancellation works well. I've reached out to customer support and am waiting for a response. If the connectivity issues can be resolved, these would be 5-star headphones.
