Warranty Terms

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

International Warranty

Our warranty is valid worldwide, but service options, parts availability, and response times may vary by country. International customers may be responsible for shipping costs to and from authorized service centers.

Warranty Service

How to Request Warranty Service

If your Timelix smartwatch is experiencing issues covered under warranty, follow these steps to request warranty service:

Verify that your device is still within the warranty period. You can check your warranty status by logging into your account on our website and viewing your registered devices.

Contact our support team through the Support section of our website, by email at support@Timelix.com, or by phone at 1-800-Timelix-HELP. Be prepared to provide your order number, device serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.

Our support team may guide you through troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue can be resolved without sending in your device. This may include software updates, resets, or other solutions.

4. Warranty Claim

If troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, our team will help you initiate a warranty claim. You'll receive instructions for sending your device to our service center, including a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

5. Service & Return

Once we receive your device, our technicians will diagnose the issue and perform the necessary repairs or replacement. We aim to complete warranty service within 7-10 business days, after which your device will be returned to you.

Repair Options

Depending on the nature of the issue, we offer several service options:

Repair

In most cases, we'll repair your device using genuine Timelix parts. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on the repaired components.

Replacement

If a repair isn't possible, we'll replace your device with a new or refurbished unit of the same or equivalent model. Replacement devices carry the remainder of your original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Data Backup

Before sending your device for warranty service, please back up any important data. While we make every effort to preserve your data, we cannot guarantee that it will be retained during the repair process.

Warranty FAQ

How do I register my product for warranty coverage?

Your warranty is automatically activated when you purchase directly from Timelix or an authorized retailer. However, we recommend registering your product on our website to streamline the warranty process. Simply create an account, go to 'My Devices,' and add your product using the serial number.

What if I don't have proof of purchase?

Proof of purchase is typically required for warranty service. This can be a receipt, order confirmation email, or credit card statement. If you purchased directly from Timelix, we can look up your purchase history using your account information.

Is the battery covered under warranty?

Yes, the battery is covered under our standard warranty if it fails to hold at least 80% of its original capacity during the warranty period. Normal battery degradation over time is not covered.

Can I transfer my warranty to someone else?

Our standard warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. However, Timelix Care+ Premium plans can be transferred once during their coverage period by contacting customer service.

What happens if my device can't be repaired?

If we determine that your device cannot be repaired, we'll replace it with a new or refurbished unit of the same or equivalent model. If the exact model is no longer available, we may offer a newer model with similar features.

Do I need to pay for shipping for warranty service?

For standard warranty service, you're responsible for shipping your device to our service center, but we cover the return shipping. With Timelix Care+ plans, we provide free shipping both ways. International customers may have different shipping arrangements.

Out of Warranty Service

Even if your device is no longer covered under warranty, we're still here to help. We offer repair services for out-of-warranty devices at reasonable rates.

Repair Services

Our certified technicians can repair most issues, including screen damage, battery replacement, and water damage. All repairs use genuine Timelix parts and come with a 90-day warranty.

Trade-In Program
