Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "Order History" section.
Free Shipping Eligibility
All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may incur additional shipping fees.

- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Timelix smartwatch, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible for Returns
- ✓ Unworn or unused products
- ✓ Products in original packaging
- ✓ Products with all accessories and documentation
- ✓ Products returned within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Returns
- ✗ Products showing signs of wear or damage
- ✗ Products with missing accessories or packaging
- ✗ Products returned after 30 days
- ✗ Special order or customized products
How to Return an Item
- Initiate a return: Log into your account and go to "Order History" to find the order you want to return. Click on "Return Item" and follow the instructions.
- Print return label: Once your return is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label via email. Print this label and attach it to your package.
- Package your return: Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Secure the package to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship your return: Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.
- Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Fees
For returns due to customer preference (not defective products), a return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you're returning a defective product or if we made an error, return shipping is free.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different model or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the replacement as quickly as possible.

International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential additional costs before placing your order.
International Returns
Our 30-day return policy applies to international orders, but the process is slightly different:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
- You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Please use a trackable shipping method and include your order number on the outside of the package.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
International Warranty Service
All Timelix products come with our standard warranty regardless of your location. For warranty service outside the United States, please contact our international support team for assistance.

How can I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You can change your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting customer service. After that, we may not be able to modify the shipping address if the order has been processed.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes with Standard Shipping. However, Expedited and Express shipping options require a physical address.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Can I return a gift?
Yes, you can return a gift within 30 days of delivery. You'll need the order number or gift receipt. Refunds for gifts will be issued as store credit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
